Orders can be placed via our mobile app or website.
Delivery is available in selected areas and is subject to availability.
You agree to provide accurate delivery address and location permissions when required.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to weather, safety, or supply issues.
All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment can be made online through secure payment gateways integrated in our app/website.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
Cancellations must be made before dispatch.
No refunds will be issued once the order has been dispatched or delivered unless there is a genuine issue with the product.

Ice products must be handled with care, especially dry ice, which can cause burns if touched directly.
Customers are responsible for handling and storing ice products safely after delivery.
We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use or handling of our products.

We are not responsible for:
