At The Ice Store, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and at your convenience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the key details regarding how we handle order processing, delivery times, charges, and related services.
We currently offer delivery in selected locations. Availability is determined based on your device location or entered delivery pin code. You will be notified during checkout if delivery is not available in your area.
Same-day delivery is available for most orders placed before the cut-off time (typically 2:00 PM, local time).
Orders placed after the cut-off may be delivered the next day.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand.
We do not guarantee exact delivery times but make every effort to deliver within the estimated window shown at checkout.
Delivery charges vary depending on the order size, distance, and location.
The exact delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain amount.
All ice products (dry ice, slab ice, crushed ice) are packed to ensure minimal melting during transit.
It is your responsibility to be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
We recommend using insulated ice boxes or thermocol boxes for better storage, available for purchase on our platform.
If you are unavailable during delivery, our delivery team will attempt to contact you.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted at an additional charge.
Perishable items like ice cannot be stored for long and may be discarded if not accepted promptly.
Dry ice is hazardous if mishandled. It will only be delivered to customers who acknowledge the handling instructions.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or remote locations not listed in our service areas.
