Return & Refund Policy

At The Ice Store, we strive to ensure that all our products are delivered in excellent condition. Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of ice products, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
Products such as dry ice, slab ice, and crushed ice are non-returnable once delivered.
Once these items leave our storage and are in transit, we cannot accept them back due to health, safety, and quality concerns.
Ice boxes (plastic or thermocol) may be eligible for return or replacement only if:
They are damaged during delivery
You received the wrong product or size
You must notify us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
Order was cancelled before dispatch
Product was not delivered due to our fault
You received a damaged or incorrect non-perishable item, and reported it on time
Delivery was delayed beyond acceptable limits (at our discretion)
